Daily Service Manager

Daily service managers are responsible for coordinating residential services for a caseload of clients with disabilities and supervising the staff that provides the service. Daily Service Managers are also responsible for ensuring staff provides client services that are person-centered and according to the client’s preferences, educating and empowering clients to make choices about services and that staff are properly trained and utilized in the most effective manner. Administrative responsibilities include developing and communicating budgets based on client service agreements, accuracy and timeliness of all documents and reports, and maintaining indirect payroll costs to level that ensures administrative burden, training and development are conducted, while ensuring that billable hours are maximized.

This position reports directly to the Daily Service Administrator and is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits. Hours are typically 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. There will be occasions when position will require evenings, weekends and/or being on call.

Salary starts at $33,000 and increases with relevant experience and education.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services/a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred
  • A working knowledge of person-centered planning and supports is preferred
  • Experience with individuals with intellectual, brain injury and/or mental health disabilities preferred
  • Supervisory experience including staffing and scheduling preferred
