Team Leaders

Team leaders are responsible for assisting Daily Service Managers in providing high quality residential services to Candeo clients. This position heavily involves providing direct support to clients in the community along with administrative and leadership duties. These duties include preparing reports, communication with other staff/client involved parties, training new staff and oversight of medication and health supports.

Team Leaders are responsible for being the lead staff in one of our client sites and will be working with individuals with Intellectual, Brain Injury and/or Mental Health disabilities in their own homes. Team Leads provide community based services and supports to help our clients live independently. This is not a supervisory position but a position as a lead staff for our clients. Hourly wage is $12.00-$15.00 depending upon level of relevant education and experience.


Qualifications include:

  • Required - High School Diploma/GED and 2-5 years for experience working with clients that have Intellectual Disabilities and/or Mental Health diagnosis.
  • Preferred - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends/other shifts as needed
