What: We will be interviewing for the following positions:

Part-Time Weekend Intellectual Disability (ID) Instructor:

As an ID Instructor you will be working with 2 to 4 clients in their home. You will be instructing and guiding clients in working towards his/her independent living goals, assisting in maintaining their home and providing access to the community.

Must be available to work one of the following shifts:

Friday and Saturday: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Saturday and Sunday:6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

 Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to complete online training along with two full days of training in the office prior to working at Candeo.

Quality Coordinator

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for administrative responsibilities of the Quality Department. The Quality Coordinator will assist in ensuring the department operates with the highest possible quality and meets the needs of the clients in accordance with the philosophy of the organization. Quality Coordinator Functions: Responsible for tracking Incident Reports within the electronic health record (EHR) system. Intellectual Disability Instructor (Weekend)

Under the general supervision of the Daily Service Manager, the ID Instructor provides direct instruction to Candeo clients with Intellectual Disabilities. This individual functions independently within the constraints of organizational policy and procedure to assure that clients receive the highest quality services possible. Direction and guidance are available from the Daily Service Manager. Hourly wage is $10.75-13.75 depending upon level of relevant experience and education. Hourly Service Instructor

Under the supervision of the Hourly Services Manager, the Hourly Service Instructor is responsible for assisting with the coordination of client services for a caseload of hourly clients. Responsibilities include the functions of operations, administration and general functions to ensure the organization is achieving its mission, vision and values.
