All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to complete online training along with two full days of training in the office prior to working at Candeo.

Hourly Service Instructor

Under the supervision of the Hourly Services Manager, the Hourly Service Instructor is responsible for assisting with the coordination of client services for a caseload of hourly clients. Responsibilities include the functions of operations, administration and general functions to ensure the organization is achieving its mission, vision and values. This position functions independently within the constraints of organizational policy and procedure. Direction and guidance are available from the Hourly Services Manager. Wages start at $11.25 and increase with education and experience. Daily Service Manager

Daily service managers are responsible for coordinating residential services for a caseload of clients with disabilities and supervising the staff that provides the service. Daily Service Managers are also responsible for ensuring staff provides client services that are person-centered and according to the client’s preferences, educating and empowering clients to make choices about services and that staff are properly trained and utilized in the most effective manner.
