All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to complete online training along with two full days of training in the office prior to working at Candeo.

Hourly Service Manager

Hourly Service Manager The Hourly Service Manager is responsible for the provision and coordination of client services. Responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day operations, maintaining appropriate staffing, recruiting, training and disciplining staff, maintaining service plans and relations with the families of the clients. Functions independently within the constraints of organizational policy and procedure to assure that the clients receive the highest quality services possible from available resources. ID Team Leaders are responsible for providing direct support to clients with intellectual disabilities and assist Service Coordinators with administration and training duties.

Daily Service Manager

Daily service managers are responsible for coordinating residential services for a caseload of clients with disabilities and supervising the staff that provides the service. Daily Service Managers are also responsible for ensuring staff provides client services that are person-centered and according to the client’s preferences, educating and empowering clients to make choices about services and that staff are properly trained and utilized in the most effective manner.
