What: We will be interviewing for the following positions:

Hourly Service Instructors:

Working one on one with clients as they work on specific goals. An Hourly Service Instructor will have 3 to 5 clients on their case load that they will visit several times a week. A successful Hourly Service Instructor will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to transport clients in the community and meet all of the Intellectual Disability Instructor requirements.

Like your weekdays off? We have a variety of weekend shifts available!



All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to complete online training along with two full days of training in the office prior to working at Candeo.

Employment Service Administrator

Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical and Community Services, the Employment Service Administrator is responsible for the operations of the Employment Services. Responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day Employment operations, appropriate staffing, recruiting, training, development and disciplining, assisting with the Employment Services budget, referrals, and public relations with the business community. Outpatient Therapist

We are excited to expand our service offerings to include Clinical Mental Health services. Candeo is seeking a full or part time licensed clinician. Preference will be given to those with a LISW or Ph.D. in Psychology or Social work as well as clinicians who also carry an active CADC or IADC. Hourly Service Instructor
