All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to attend five consecutive, full days of training followed by two additional days of training prior to working at Candeo.

Billing Clerk

This position will perform activities to support the financial capacity of the organization. Primary functions of this position will be responsible for all billing and coding within the organization to include gathering billing from software and following up with our coordination team and direct support staff and accurately posting charges and correcting any errors on a weekly basis. The Billing Clerk will also track authorizations, assist with the processing of mileage and expense reports. The RN will report directly to the Director of Operations. This person will be the head of the Nurse department. Some of the position’s responsibilities will include reviewing and approving Health reports, meeting with Coordinators on a one on one basis, being responsible for reviewing MARs (Medical Administration Reporting), working directly with clients to ensure medication storage is according to policy at client sites, reviewing and forwarding medication errors, and assist with Med Aid and CPR/First Aide trainings.
