-Paid time off – Full-time employees earn 96 hours of vacation, 80 hours of sick and 56 hours of holiday time annually
-Medical Coverage: Candeo provides medical insurance through Well mark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Candeo pays 75% of a single health coverage of the Blue Access 80/20 plan, with a $1,000 deductible and a $3,000 out of pocket maximum
-Voluntary Dental insurance - Candeo provides this service through Delta Dental. There are 3 different plans offered: Preventative, Catastrophic and Comprehensive. You can choose the plan that best meets your dental needs.
-Life/STD/LTD insurance– Candeo provides the employee with a $10,000 Life Insurance Policy at no cost to the employee. Also available at no cost is a Short Term and Long Term Disability policy. Both policies provide the employee with 60% of their monthly earnings.
-401(k) – Candeo allows employees the opportunity to prepare for your future retirement. You can invest your own contributions in a 401(k) plan and you will vest in the profit sharing contributions from Candeo.
-CANDEO offers all employees and their families (free of charge) the services of the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) through EFR (Employee and Family Resources).
-Employee Referral Plan: A referral award of $ 100.00 will be paid to employees for each candidate that they refer who completes at least six months of successful employment at Full-Time or Part-time. A referral award of $50.00 will be paid to employees for each candidate that they refer who completes at least six months of successful employment at Casual
