BI Instructor: Part-time

ID Instructors: Full-time and part-time

BI/MH/ID: Team Leader: Full-time

Employment Consultant: Full-time and Part-Time (Evenings and weekends)

All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to attend five consecutive, full days of training followed by two additional days of training prior to working at Candeo.

Behavior Support Specialist

The Behavior Support Specialist will be responsible for the provision and coordinator of crisis services, PSIP (Positive Support Intervention Plan) planning and training staff in regards to positive behavior support response initiatives. Responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day operations of the crisis response team; maintaining appropriate staffing, recruiting, developing and implementing training and developing staff. This person will also be responsible for developing policies and procedures for the service, and assisting coordinators and their teams to plan and implement positive behavior support strategies. Service Coordinator

Service coordinators are responsible for coordinating residential services for a caseload of clients with disabilities and supervising the staff that provides the service. Service Coordinators are also responsible for ensuring staff provides client services that are person-centered and according to the client’s preferences, educating and empowering clients to make choices about services and that staff are properly trained and utilized in the most effective manner.
