All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to attend five consecutive, full days of training followed by two additional days of training prior to working at Candeo.

Payroll Specialist

This position will support the financial capacity of the organization by completing the payroll process through the employee life cycle. Primary job functions will include processing biweekly payroll, completing required reporting, and remit payroll taxes and garnishments. Other essential job functions will include: setting up new employees in the payroll system, manage vacation and sick accrual balances, complete payroll verifications, reconcile payroll issues, and assist in monthly mileage and expense processing.
