All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to complete online training along with two full days of training in the office prior to working at Candeo.

Accounting Specialist

This position will support the financial capacity of the organization by completing a variety of genera accounting support according to established policies and procedures. Primary job functions will include general ledger coding, accounts payable, and assisting with monthly/quarterly closing and financial reporting. This position will be under the direct supervision and guidance of the Accounting & Finance Manager. This is a full-time hourly position with a starting range of $16-19/hour with benefits. Hourly Service Instructor

Under the supervision of the Hourly Services Manager, the Hourly Service Instructor is responsible for assisting with the coordination of client services for a caseload of hourly clients. Responsibilities include the functions of operations, administration and general functions to ensure the organization is achieving its mission, vision and values. Daily Service Manager

Daily service managers are responsible for coordinating residential services for a caseload of clients with disabilities and supervising the staff that provides the service.
