Weekend Sign-On Bonus!

Get hired for a weekend shift and you will receive the Weekend Bonus!

Your shift package must include one of the following:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday

or

Friday and Saturday

or

Saturday and Sunday

After the first 2 months (60 days) of working every weekend you will receive $250.00

After 6 months of working weekends you will receive another $500.00

A total of $700.00!

What: We will be interviewing for the following positions:

 

Part-Time Weekend Intellectual Disability (ID) Instructor:

As an ID Instructor you will be working with 2 to 4 clients in their home. You will be instructing and guiding clients in working towards his/her independent living goals, assisting in maintaining their home and providing access to the community.

Must be available to work one of the following shifts:

Friday and Saturday: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Saturday and Sunday:6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

 Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

All applicants must pass an extensive background check. Candeo reviews Sex Offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries along with performing a criminal history check. All applicants must retain a satisfactory driving record, a working vehicle and auto insurance.

Once hired, all employees are required to complete online training along with two full days of training in the office prior to working at Candeo.

Hourly Clients Team Leader

Team leaders are responsible for assisting the Hourly Service Manager in providing high quality hourly services to Candeo clients. This position heavily involves providing direct support to clients in the community along with some administrative and leadership duties. These duties include preparing reports, communication with other staff/client involved parties, training new staff and oversight of medication and health supports. Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for the provision and coordination of client services for a specific daily site. Responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day operations of that location, maintaining appropriate staffing, recruiting, training and disciplining staff, maintaining service plans and budgeted hours, referrals and relations with the families of the clients. Daily Service Manager

Daily service managers are responsible for coordinating residential services for a caseload of clients with disabilities and supervising the staff that provides the service. Daily Service Managers are also responsible for ensuring staff provides client services that are person-centered and according to the client’s preferences, educating and empowering clients to make choices about services and that staff are properly trained and utilized in the most effective manner. Intellectual Disability Instructor (Weekend)

Under the general supervision of the Daily Service Manager, the ID Instructor provides direct instruction to Candeo clients with Intellectual Disabilities. This individual functions independently within the constraints of organizational policy and procedure to assure that clients receive the highest quality services possible.
